If you are involved in sport then this website is for you, whether you are an elite athlete, someone participating in sport for fun or are involved as part of an athlete’s support “team” or sporting organization. Our mission is to support those involved in sport to successfully reach their goals.
We are a group of Clinical and Health Psychologists who share expertise and passion working with athletes across a variety of individual and team sports. We consult with athletes at all levels from development to elite national and international levels.
We also offer consultancy for other team members involved in sport (coaches, trainers, high performance staff, health, nutrition and medical specialists) and athletes’ personal team members (partners and family).
We focus on enhancing performance and wellbeing through the use of sport psychology /mental skills and life skills. This may include psychological assessment and treatment if appropriate for personal or performance related concerns which may be interfering with your performance or wellbeing.
