Chloe Knott is a registered Counselling Psychologist based in Auckland, with a background as a professional footballer. She continues to compete at a high level in football and brings a strong understanding of the demands of elite sport to her clinical work.
Chloe has experience working with athletes across different stages of their sporting journeys and is particularly interested in areas such as performance anxiety, injury recovery, identity, motivation, and transitions both in and out of sport. She works with both athletes and parents, supporting wellbeing, communication, and resilience in sporting environments.
Chloe sees clients in person and online, and her dual background in high-level sport and psychology allows her to offer a grounded and practical approach to mental skills and psychological support.
Outside of her clinical work, Chloe enjoys walking at the beach with her dogs and spending time hiking in nature. She remains actively involved in sport and values staying connected to the athlete community through both playing and mentoring roles.
